Data deletion requests
You can ask The Keratin Store to delete the personal data we hold about you — including messages exchanged with us through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, email or our website contact form.
How to request deletion
- Email customerservice@thekeratinstore.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Tell us which account or contact details the request concerns (for example your Instagram username, Facebook name or the email you used with us).
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm it to you.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example invoices and tax records). Our full privacy policy is at /pages/privacy-police.
